Salvaging lost potential through
THE POWER OF SLEEP
I help organisations improve productivity, reduce absenteeism, and build healthier, more resilient teams through the power of better sleep.
But it hasn't always been this way.
Most people have some difficulties with their sleep. And that affects how they feel, perform, think, and connect with others. Sometimes slightly. Sometimes massively.
I know because I was one of them. Very much on the massively side.
After experiencing first-hand how devastating poor sleep can be, and then how transformative it can become when prioritised, I became absolutely fascinated by the subject. The more I learned, the more surprised I was that something so important isn't talked about more often.
Today, as a certified sleep specialist, I'm on a mission to teach as many people as possible how important this stuff is, and how to do it well.
Thankfully, sleep education is now part of the school curriculum. But for most adults, sleep was never something they were formally taught. We were expected to spend a third of our lives doing it without ever really understanding it.
In my admittedly biased opinion, sleep is the wellbeing equivalent of AI. A tool capable of saving time, improving performance, and unlocking huge amounts of lost potential.
Will your organisation harness that opportunity?
THE NUMBERS
SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.
The issue is huge. As is the opportunity for positive change.
